Leading our South Florida expansion is Jake Maisner, COO and Partner at the Jac Smith Group.

Jake brings focus, discipline, and a relentless commitment to service. He is known for sharp attention to detail, clear communication, and deep knowledge of Florida real estate—especially waterfront homes. Buyers and sellers trust him because he simplifies the process and protects their goals at every step.

As a co-founding partner of the Jac Smith Group, Jake helped build the #1 sales team by volume in the #1 producing office in Pinellas County. That success comes from one thing: putting relationships first and setting higher standards for how real estate should be done.

Jake moved to St. Pete in 2018 after earning a Business Management degree from Florida State University, with a focus on entrepreneurship and Spanish. Real estate runs in his family. He learned the business early through hands-on experience in sales, investing, negotiation, and luxury construction.

Now, he’s bringing that same experience, drive, and service mindset to South Florida—ready to lead, ready to deliver, and ready to raise the bar.
